Silent Groom Pro™

I was skeptic at first when I used it on my small dog. She tried to move for just a few seconds. Then, she started to enjoy it. Then, she just sat there and almost fell asleep. The same thing happened with my other two dogs. My big dog, he does not like his nails trimmed. I started on him, he just laid there. And just relaxed, I got all 4 paws done. And he just didn't even run afterwards, like he usually does. He just laid there wanting more great machine. Just let me know where I can get replacement heads. Thank you.

Delighted with the Silent Groom Pro. My little dog Paddy took to it so easily, although he usually hated having his nails done. When using the Silent Groom Pro, I put him in a sling and gently talk to him, while doing each paw, rewarding him with a morsel of his favourite treat, paw by paw.
The Silent Groom Pro, is simply fantastic, the best grinder on the market, by a mile.

I cannot say enough great things about this product. My lil Daschunds literally lay their heads on my shoulder so I can do their nails. When I get it out they don't run. They jump on the couch. I would have never believed all positive reviews if I didn't experience it myself.

So far I just let the motor run and he's used to that. Then I put it against his back and he liked it so I give him little massages with it! I even did it on his legs a little. Soon I think i can try doing a nail or two. So I'm sure very soon when he needs his nails done I will be able to do them myself. I think I will start with just a nail or two and go slow with it. The nail grinder is such an improvement over nail clippers. So much less stress.

I also want to share a tip for extending the life of the grinding drums. Over time they tend to clog with nail debris and lose effectiveness. Rubbing them with a pencil eraser will clean out the debris, returning them to nearly new shape.

We had a duplicate order- my husband ordered one and I forgot so I purchased one as well. We had to say goodbye to one of our pups the day his order arrived. I bought the Heusom silent grinder for dogs , not really knowing how my spaniel was going to react to it,she's always hated having her nails done and it’s been quite stressful for both of us. well its pretty quiet to be fair, there’s a light on it so you can see where the nail is and how much you’ve ground off ( I’m assuming this works better on white nails, my dogs are black .) there are 4 speed settings, but I found the grinder to be more efficient on no 2 and my spaniel was more comfortable with this , she was unsure of it to start off with, but I’ve had the grinder a few months now and she just sits there for me while I do her nails which only takes a few minutes now , no stress , just gently grind a bit off each nail , job done and highly recommended.

I really goofed in placing my order for the Silent Groomer Pro, not because I didn’t want it, but because I ended up with 2 different orders and with more products than I wanted. I dreaded making the call to customer service—afraid they would say “too bad” and I would owe more than I could afford. They were wonderful! They couldn’t cancel the first order because it had already processed, but they put the 2nd order on hold and I was able to choose part of that order to ship and not the redundant pieces. They were wonderful about the whole mix up and proved they truly understood what “customer service” means I would give them 10 stars out of 5!.

Was totally surprised by Heusom on sending out another shipment of the "Silent Groom Pro" and the "Silent Paw Trimmer (MAX)" that was lost in shipping. Very honest, professional, and personal service was given to me in receiving replacement, in a very timely matter. When received, I promptly started using both and was surprised. At first my dog pulled back till she finally could see that everything I was doing wasn't hurting her and she calmed down seeing that everything I was doing and working on her paws, was to her advantage, and she finally sat and layed there while I trimed her paws and nails. She didn't flinch or pull away while using the Silent Groom Pro and the Silent Paw Trimmer. Will highly recommend both products to the American Dog Owners. This one product I wished had come out years ago for dog owners. This would have saved alot of dogs and owners on trying to trim and grooming of the nails and paws on their animals.

Gliedyl is very knowledgeable about the grooming products that interest me. She answered all my questions about product use and maintenance, quality, price point, power (corded or rechargeable), and even asked if I received a promotional discount. She certainly represents your company well! Definitely worth my time to call.

I have been using my Silent groom pro for several months now and my big baby of a dog did amazingly well! Ruby, my 85lb chocolate lab mix normally shy's away from any attempt to trim her nails, but the silent groom pro is soooo quiet she is not bothered at all & lets me trim her nails without resistance. GREAT product! RG

While I made an error in ordering, customer service fixed my issue and processed the return immediately and returned my purchase price. I am excited to try this with my dogs. If the product works as hard and as efficiently as customer service this should be great.
